IDRISSI Bakal Labur RM30 juta untuk Pelan Pengembangan Masa Depan
February 12, 2025IDRISSI International School celebrates a decade of nurturing young minds, growing from a humble institution with 50 students in 2015 to two campuses in Setia Alam and Johor Bahru, now hosting nearly 700 students.
Chief Executive Officer of GAINS Education Group Julie Wong, the school’s holding company, announced plans for a third campus in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, later this year, accommodating approximately 1,000 students. She also revealed plans to launch IDRISSI International Tahfiz School, which will integrate international and Islamic education with a boarding facility, as well as new branches in Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur within the next two to five years.

The 10-year milestone is marked with IDRISSI’s annual student exhibition, themed Secrets of the Universe: Through Nature’s Lens, featuring 14 interactive booths on deep-sea ecosystems, volcanic landscapes, and celestial phenomena.
Principal of IDRISSI International School Setia Alam Nur Raimi Rasdi emphasised the school’s 21st-century learning approach, stating, “To showcase their booths during the exhibition, students must conduct research, think creatively, ask questions, analyse information, and work as a team. This process strengthens essential life skills that will benefit them beyond school, InsyaAllah.”

IDRISSI has received a 5-star rating from the Ministry of Education (MOE) for the Quality Standards Award for Private Education Institutions and was named Elite Winner for Best International School of the Year by the Private Education Entrepreneurs Association of Malaysia. Additionally, IDRISSI students won Gold at the Malaysia Technology Expo 2024 for their Biogas Power Generator project.
“We would not have been where we are today without the support and trust of our parents, teachers, students, and community,” said Julie. “We hope to build many more meaningful memories and histories in the future.”
